Before joining the Prosper team, Chris scaled various performance support models with record-breaking results in his 12 years with Hilton.
Chris served as the Vice President & Commercial Director for Hilton’s full-service hotels most recently. In this role, Chris directly supported brand heads and other senior leaders by developing and integrating performance strategies for above property sales, revenue management, brand marketing, and loyalty tactics across all segments of business for the Hilton, Doubletree, Curio, and Tapestry brands.
Chris previously served as the head of revenue management for Greater China, head of the revenue management center for Asia Pacific, and head of the focus service division in the revenue management center in the Americas.
After 6 exciting years of working around the world, Chris and his family are thrilled to be back in their home state of Texas. In his spare time, Chris enjoys an occasional game of golf and learning about real estate investing.
Josh spent the last decade at Hilton building valuable work at scale.
Most recently, as Sr. Director of Hilton Customer Experience, he built a customer-obsessed culture and process that has made substantially helpful brand-level changes. One Hilton Global Head said this was her most productive meeting every month. His business development efforts transformed Hilton’s reservations program and brought in over 1,000 hotels to the ResMax Auto Attendant program.
Josh also served as a founding director of Hilton’s revenue management center where he helped build the focused service model from 30 hotels to over 1,500 hotels, building the largest and most engaged commercial support team in the company’s history.
Josh loves 10 mile runs at 5 am. He’s also a home renovation fanatic; you can even find him in a TV episode on the DIY Network
Karen brings 30 years of global hospitality expertise in hospitality management, including in-house operations, revenue management, and call centers. She has led through four similar economic downturns in the past, creating a valuable recovery for Resort, Extended Stay and Focused Service hotels.
In her most recent role as Regional Director of Revenue Management, she partnered with key management companies, covering hundreds of focused service and extended stay hotels.
Karen is widely known as a supportive teacher and mentor. She has regularly partnered with Hilton’s Revenue Management Center where she mentored hundreds of revenue specialists and managers over the last 10 years.
Karen’s superpowers include influencing and negotiating win-win solutions, exceeding customer expectations, storytelling to create a narrative using data, and sharing expertise through coaching others. Her free time is spent doing yoga with her cat, and giving back through volunteer activities with seniors.
Doug has spent most of his hospitality tenure with Hilton, a 20-year veteran of the company, most recently as a Regional Director of Revenue Management for full-service franchise brands.
Doug is a strategic leader, passionate about driving revenue and market share through a collaborative approach. In his most recent role, he was the key commercial contact for a region of 150+ Hilton brand hotels.
In his spare time, Doug is a grilling enthusiast who likes to challenge himself to cook entire meals on his Weber Grill. He loves traveling to Hawaii to visit his family and to catch up with friends he made while attending the University of Hawaii, Hilo.
Ana-Maria most recently served as Regional Director of Revenue Management for Hilton, where she supported over 700 hotels and key management companies in the US and Latin America.
She has over 25 years of experience in hospitality- from Front Desk Agent and Front Desk Manager to Assistant General Manager and General Manager.
Her hotel operation experience is foundational to her highly successful revenue management career of the last 13 years. Her operational background and revenue management expertise allows her to truly connect with key stakeholders and make complex revenue strategies easier to digest. Ana-Maria prides herself on being able to make these connections and feels this is the foundation for overall success.
In her personal time, Ana-Maria loves throwing weights around at her favorite local gym and rewarding herself with time by the pool with her husband and her pomeranian pack: Taz, Mattie, and Bella.
Chris has been in revenue management for 24 years. He helped bring the discipline of Revenue Management from fledgling status to industry-leading.
Data is at the heart of everything Chris does to drive results. He sets a goal and measures every detail of progress to ensure we are staying ahead of the curve.
Chris is quick to share his knowledge through consultation, training and mentoring. He’s recruited and mentored many people that have gone on to become leaders of revenue management for brands, management companies and hotels.
When he’s not working, Chris loves playing ga-ga ball with his kids or taking a run out in the Arizona desert.
